How to Apply to Rent an Available Unit

1. Call Bill at 510.504.5401 or email info@bbagnell.com to make an appointment to visit the unit and get a Rental Application. If you prefer, you can download and print the Rental Application.

2. Be sure to provide all requested information and sign where indicated. All applicants over the age of 18 must submit a separate, complete application.

3. Provide a check or money order for $20.00 for each applicant to cover the cost of a credit and background check.
